Reformation Sunday

Martin Luther boldly posted his 95 Theses on the door of Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany, in 1517. These statements challenged the abuses and corrupt teachings of the Medieval Roman Catholic Church, sparking the Protestant Reformation. Luther’s courageous act of obedience became a defining moment in the history of Christianity, reshaping the church and paving the way for lasting change.

Courageous Convictions: Living God's Truth in a Conflicting Culture

In the midst of a rapidly changing world, Christians are called to stand firm in their faith while loving others well, even when faced with pressure to compromise. Our new teaching series, Courageous Convictions: Living God's Truth in a Conflicting Culture, will explore how we can live with unwavering convictions in a culture that often challenges biblical values. Drawing inspiration from the life of Daniel, we will learn how to balance truth and grace, maintain integrity, and positively influence the world around us—without losing our identity in Christ.

As America approaches a crucial Presidential election, this series is especially relevant. We’ll address how believers can engage in political and social discourse with wisdom, maintaining our biblical principles while demonstrating Christlike love to those with differing views. Our goal is to equip the church to be a light in these divisive times, standing firm on God’s Word and seeking unity in Christ.

Daniel’s faithfulness led to his arrest and sentence to the lions’ den, a grim fate for many. Yet, his story teaches us that courageous convictions often lead us into the fire, where God is present. Join us Sunday at 10:30AM for this compelling message, or join the LiveStream service on Facebook  @ "Trinity Church of Miamisburg"

Honoring Those Who Serve

Join us as we honor and give thanks for veterans, Sunday, November 10th. When we assemble for worship, it is as citizens of God's kingdom in Jesus Christ, not as citizens ultimately subject to any nation. But we honor the brave individuals among us who have served the United States of America, and those who continue to serve.

Thanksgiving

We often think of Thanksgiving as a single day—a chance to gather family around the table, enjoy a feast (especially the pies!), and express our gratitude for the blessings in our lives. Yet, the Bible teaches us an essential truth: every day is an opportunity for celebration and thanksgiving. As you gather with loved ones, may your hearts be filled with joy and gratitude, and may God’s blessings surround your family today and always.

Adopt-A-Family Outreach

Our objective is to extend the joy and love of Christmas by supporting struggling families in our community. Families will have the chance to “shop” at a temporary Christmas store, where they can select items to fulfill their needs and wishes for each family member. Through this initiative, we aim to make kindness a priority, spreading the miracle of God’s love to others this holiday season. Families are pre-screened and referred through church partners, schools, and community organizations. Each family will have a designated "shopping" day and time to ensure privacy, adequate inventory, and a meaningful shopping experience. There are many ways you can give, support, and volunteer for this amazing outreach. Please talk to Cathy, or call our office at (937) 866-1992 for details.

Another way that we: Love Big. Live Bold.

The word “Advent” comes from the Latin word “adventus,” meaning “a coming, approach, or arrival.” It’s a season of excitement and expectation! Think of the joy and preparation when you’re about to welcome someone special into your home—you turn on the lights, get everything ready, and wait with eager anticipation. That’s what Advent is all about! We prepare our hearts, our homes, and our churches as we look forward to the arrival of Jesus, the Light of the World. Each day the light shines brighter, building to the moment when we celebrate His glorious birth! Join us in person or via Livestream at 10:30 AM

Christmas Eve Service

Join us on Christmas Eve at 7:30 PM for a special hour of worship as we celebrate the extraordinary moment when God's love entered the world. As the season of Advent draws to a close, we gather in praise, ready to welcome the wonder of Christmas.

Born in a humble manger, our Savior arrived without the fanfare of royalty or the warmth of welcome. This Christmas, may He find a home in your heart. Let His peace, love, and majesty fill your life, setting your worth not by earthly measures or gifts from a store, but by the boundless love of the One who created you. Come, let us honor the gift of Christ together.

As you make resolutions and prepare to step into a New Year, it's essential to set your priorities straight. Jesus said, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” When we seek Him before everything else—before our plans, worries, or pursuits—He promises to provide all we need. 2025 could be great, especially if you put first things first.

We invite you to join us on the journey to develop and deepen a spiritual walk with God. Get to know God better this year. Make Him your top priority. Join us on Sundays at 10:30AM.

2025 is a New Year, and it’s the perfect time to take a step on your spiritual journey. At Trinity Church, we believe there’s more to life—more hope, more peace, and more joy—when you discover a foundation built on faith. Join us on Sunday at 10:30AM.

New beginnings can feel exciting—and uncertain. But when you trust in God, He lights the way. Start 2025 with hope, purpose, and God’s direction. We’re here to journey with you! Join us this Sunday at 10:30AM as we step into the future together.

Have you been waiting for the right moment to begin again? This is it! This New Year’s Eve, we’re celebrating a God who makes all things new. In Christ, every single day brings fresh mercy and new opportunities. In 2025, God is offering you 365 new days and 365 new chances to step into His grace. Refuse to let your past rob you of your future. Whatever the past held, it doesn’t define your future. God wants to give you a new start. Join us Sunday at 10:30 AM for a brand new start!

Start 2025 on the Right Path! The Old Life, weighed down by regrets, failures, and mistakes. The New Life, full of grace, hope, and renewal through Jesus Christ. In 2025, don’t just turn the page—rewrite the story. Jesus offers a new beginning, and it’s never too late to say yes. “Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!” – 2 Corinthians 5:17

Come journey with us this New Year. You belong here! Sundays at 10:30AM

The Lord's Supper calls us to remember Christ's sacrifice and proclaim His future return. It's an act of worship, not just ritual.

The Bread symbolizes Jesus' broken body, reflecting the physical reality of His sacrifice and suffering, echoing the language of sacrifice found in the Old Testament, where the body of the sacrificial lamb was offered for atonement.

The reference to "My blood" highlights the sacrificial covenant, paralleling the Passover lamb's blood that protected the Israelites. Christ's shed blood offers redemption and forgiveness, fulfilling the promise of the New Covenant. Observing the Lord's Supper is essential for Christians, serving as a powerful reminder of His sacrifice and the salvation it brings.

Join us the First Sunday of each month as we honor and celebrate Communion Sunday.

Jesus exemplified love for the marginalized and invites us to follow His example (Matthew 14:16). We are taking action by collaborating with ministries like BOGG Ministries, a mobile food pantry dedicated to serving around 2,000 people each month in the Dayton area. We are excited to announce that on Thursday, February 13th, from 6 PM to 7 PM, we will be distributing free groceries in partnership with BOGG to support local families in need. There are no eligibility requirements; anyone struggling to provide food for their family is welcome. If you or someone you know could benefit from this assistance, please help us by sharing this information and spreading the word!

Location: 120 N. First St. (Next to MSBG Fire Station) Time: 6:00–7:00 PM

A Valentine’s Blessing for Our Shut-ins! Not everyone can come to church, but we can take love and bring church to them! Let’s spread love this Valentine’s Day by blessing our shut-ins with thoughtful cards, sweet treats, and a personal visit.

Stop by the Gathering Room and add a little something to the bags prepared by Elsa. After Worship on February 16th, take a bag and make a visit!

"And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it." — 1 Corinthians 12:26

Your kindness can brighten a day and warm a heart!

Guest Speaker: Dr. Adrian Rosen

We are excited to announce that Dr. Adrian Rosen will be our guest speaker Sunday, April 13, 2025.

Adrian and his wife, Stephanie, served with Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM) from 2012 to 2023. During their time with AGWM, Adrian taught New Testament and Greek at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary in Baguio City, Philippines. He is currently teaching New Testament courses at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and Regent University School of Divinity.

He will continue our series exploring- Who Is Jesus? "The Identity of Christ: Discovering Jesus Through His Own Claims." Exploring was Jesus just a historical religious figure? By looking at the important claims that Christ made about Himself, Adrian will challenge our views and encourage a deeper understanding of the claim that Christ is "The Resurrection and the Life." Don't miss this opportunity!

Who Is Jesus? He made astonishing claims about Himself—claims that cannot be ignored or dismissed as mere religious rhetoric, even claiming to be equal to God. What a bold statement! C.S. Lewis famously argued that we can’t just call Jesus a great "Teacher” or call him a "Healer" or a "Prophet" ...and move on. If Jesus wasn’t telling the truth, He was either a liar or a lunatic. Or, exactly who He claimed to be—the Son of God. Over the next few Sunday Mornings, we'll uncover the significance of who Jesus is, by unpacking His boldest claims. Join the journey! #WhoIsJesus
